A real-time, event-driven bridge between Salesforce and the payments stack via AWS EventBridge and Lambda, replacing a manual integration and ending the data silo between CRM and payments.

How long does the diagnostic take?

One morning with your leadership team. The Diagnostic is financed directly by D55, with no charge to you and no commitment beyond the morning itself.

How long does the platform build take?

There’s no single answer. Engagement length depends on your source estate, your target use cases, and how much of the work is platform versus migration. A paid scoping engagement after the Diagnostic, or in place of it where your plan is already clear, sets a realistic timeline before any build work begins.

Can AWS fund the diagnostic?

No. The Funded Data Strategy Diagnostic is financed directly by D55, not by AWS. AWS funding programmes such as the Migration Acceleration Program can apply to downstream migration or modernisation work where eligible, but the morning itself is on us.

Do you require us to replace our existing systems?

No. Our architecture pattern is to build above your source systems, not between them or instead of them. Your CRM, billing platform, operational system, and finance stack keep doing what they do best; the central platform on AWS becomes the unified data layer your business runs on.

How is this different from buying a data warehouse vendor?
